New ERYTHROSUCHUS: 1st Omega in Jurassic World Alive with a Level 26 Unlock.

IDGT902

Meet Omega Erythrosuchus!

This dinosaur will be available in-game as of November 13th, 2024 10:00 AM ET.

Its DNA can be found on the map. It is a short-range spawn.

See it in action on IDGT902 YouTube here: https://youtu.be/TF-B89lJffM

FIRST IMPRESSIONS

Erythrosuchus is our first Omega with a level 26 unlock move (for Apex formats). It reminds us somewhat of a "Megalania-esque" creature but with an improved priority, better swap in, and a more punishing OE. Erythrosuchus looks decent and is one of the faster Omega. It is disappointing that its OE is not available until level 26, but overall, this creature should do well in almost all formats with its potent Deady Poisoned Impact.

Just like you, we're glad this creature is not locked in the shop, isla events, or strike events. Erythrosuchus is on the map as a short-range spawn and can be hunted. We are definitely looking forward to leveling up Erythrosuchus and as soon as it is at a usable level, we'll have PVP battles for you. Good luck to all!

Will you cover the new Dinos that have been leaked?

Don't get me wrong, I think that it'll be a fantastic creature, but I think that it's too good. Deadly Poisoned Impact just became one of the best non priority T1 moves with a low cooldown, slotting itself next to devious impact, thagomizer and overwhelming impact. It has strong stats that clown on some of the earlier Omegas (Megalania). There's now a new high-power affliction creature that adds to the mountain of creatures that are Megalania but better. I like that it's easily accessible but I don't think that's a good thing for tournaments.

Well megalania is useless now. Megalania used to be this unique affliction attacker, until sinraptor knocked it down in 3.4 and now that erythro is out megalania is bound to tumble down into obscurity.

Otherwise, erythro looks to be a welcome addition!

Yes, I agree. Megalanaia still has the rend immunity & stun chance which sets it apart somewhat. But- I agree, Erythrosuchus is a step ahead- its faster, has a priority, a swap-in, & a better way to afflict with its counter.
